Sluizer Restaurants is one of the oldest and most known restaurants in the heart of Amsterdam and specializes in Dutch fish cuisine. The two combined restaurants with their wood paneling and art exhibitions from Mark Kohn (www.kohn.nl) make that typical modern Amsterdam style. The specialty restaurant and the fish restaurant used to be two separate places, but have been united under the name Sluizer Restaurants since 2003.
Combining forces has resulted in a menu with the best Dutch fish, meat and vegetarian dishes. Sluizer Restaurants believes in team effort – the team makes the difference and offers a consistently high quality, the menu changes with the seasons and can be customized for (large) groups. At Sluizer Restaurants we strive for continuous improvement of our dishes, service and overall experience – it’s our passion!
